Experiencing leaking, ab separation, pelvic and back pain, urgency, or pain with sex can be a lonely journey if you want to heal.
Postpartum symptoms are treated as the norm for most moms.
But what if it doesn’t have to be that way?
What if you can find lasting relief from your postpartum symptoms, even if you can’t go to a pelvic floor therapy clinic.

Your bonuses

In order for me to teach you to all of the ways to work on your own body, there are some physical products you are going to need. Instead of having to track down and buy a bunch of products, I've got you covered.
Bonus # 1 is the physical product kit - with all of the things you will need to be successful with what I am going to teach you.

Next, I wanted to make sure that the content we cover is completely accessible to you. Live calls and trainings are great, but sometimes videos aren't what works best for you. And that's okay. Maybe you can watch the trainings after the kids go to bed, but the Q&A calls you'd like to listen to while you are driving through an earbud - we've got you. Maybe information really only sticks when you see it clearly written out. No worries. Every video training and call we do will come with a written and audio only version, so you can consume content how you like best - or what works for that day.
-
Even with all of the planned trainings, there is still going to be content I can't cover in the time we have planned for trainings and live calls. That's why I came up with the Mother Load. This is a list of literally every topic I could come up with that you might need to fully trust your body again. The list is continually growing, but right now there are 42 different topics that will be covered in short form content and checklists so you can quickly decide if you need that checklist, and how to implement it.

As we get into training, there will be ways to apply what we are talking about to your daily life. Throughout the course, I will be checking in on what your specific activities look like, so I can make guides for how to apply what we are talking about in different stages of life. Why does this matter? Well, if you are in the middle of toddler pandemonium, applying what we work on may mostly apply to how you are lifting carseats and toddlers during tantrums, but later, there may be new applications you need. Refer back to the activity guides to learn how to apply what you already used to that season of life.

What if you aren't done having children? I'll provide the path forwards to use this program again after your next child is born. I truly believe pelvic floor therapy is important after every delivery. This allows you to use one program to walk through each post partum journey, without having to pay for it over and over again.
